Jacquelyn Blue graduated with honors from California State University with a degree in Art History. She is the President of the Malibu Art Association and an active member of Allied Artists, Women Painters West, and the California Art Club. She has received many honors and awards for her pastel paintings of the Malibu area. She is very interested in capturing the low toned atmosphere of our California coast. In these intimate scenes she has attempted to depict the ephemeral and poetic moods of nature.
