JoAnne resides in Pacific Palisades, California.
She graduated cum laude from California State University Northridge with a B.A. in Art.
JoAnne has worked in Loyola Marymount's Art Psychotherapy Department in their Masters Degree programs with internships at the Watts Counseling and learning Center and Didi Hirsh Mental Health Care facility.
JoAnne continues har studies at the California Art institute.
She is the current Membership co-Chairperson and sits on the board of the malibu Art Association. She is a member of the Pastel Society of the West Coast and Allied Artists of Santa Monica.
